Using any theme when the shopping cart is set to hidden the product details pages format incorrectly when using imported amazon products. The result is the price/buy on amazon link does not display even though show price is set.

I read in another post this is intentional. However if you have a 100% amazon affiliate store you don't want to be showing the shopping cart as it would confuse buyers seeing your own and amazons shopping cart.
It therefore needs to be removed for useability reasons but the result of this is that the buy on amazon link is also removed as part of the auto removal of prices. It is therefore impossible for anyone to buy anything.
