   If we haven't yet met, my name is Mark Fail and i'm the developer behind ShopperPress. I work long and hard to ensure i provide all customers with excellent customer service and want you to succeed in your business, make lots of money and tell everyone how great ShopperPress is.

   I understand that everyones technical ability if different and people will require some help and support from time to time therefore i have developed a number of customer support methods which i hope will answer or resolve any questions you might have.

   Not only are the support documents helpful but Mark has been very helpful. Before I messaged him I went through the ShopperPress manual like he said in his post above. Apparently, I was having a unique issue with my theme (due to another theme I had installed) that I could not figure out. He helped me immediately after I got in touch with him. Thanks Mark! ShopperPress is by far the best fully featured eCommerce plugin for WordPress!!!!

   Mark is doing a great job of supporting ShopperPress, and delivering one of the best turnkey shopping cart available. Thanks for the quality fast support which is very important in eCommerce shops: a Bug on a live shop means loss of money, quick support means minimum bug time --> minimum money loss.

   Thank you for this great theme Mark, but i meet some error here...

   I try to use Shopperpress today on my PC using Localhost. When i finished install it i got this error at homepage :
   "Parse error: parse error in C:\Program Files\Wamp\www\wp\wp-content\themes\shopperpress\footer.php(2) : eval()'d code(1) : eval()'d code on line 175"

   Can you please tell me how to fix it??

   FYI, i used Wp V.2.9.2

   is this a VIP theme, which version?

   iv seen this with people downloading shopperpress from other websites which are invalid versions.

   I am having problems with uploading products from Amazon. The products I have uploaded are not showing up on my website. I am not sure what to do. Please help.

   hi,

   Amazon requires php5 to be installed on your server to please cofnirm with your hosting your running php5 and not php4.

   thenyou need to submit a ticket so i can check your settings.
