I'm using the new VIP version 2.18 and my checkout does not work. Once an item has been selected I then proceed to checkout and fill out my name and address, etc. in the checkout section. However, when I click on "Continue" button after filling in my information, I'm taken to a page that says "Empty Basket - You have no items in your shopping basket."
Please help.

this is often the case if your checkout page link is www. and your link doesnt include the www.

please accept my deepest apologises for the delay, i didnt see the ticket as i think you submitted 3 and they all got blocked.
The issue was your website is setup for www. but the checkout link was missing the www. so the sessions were going to the wrong site.
Just so you know, these are two different websites in the eyes of the internet;
